World of Books

Making reading an adventure

Assistance League of North Coast provides books for Oceanside, Carlsbad and Vista school libraries.  We work with Librarians in elementary and middle schools to replace books worn out from so much use, as well as to provide newly published works of fiction and non-fiction recommended for school-aged children. Some of the kids don’t even have a dictionary at home or a computer to look up definitions and spelling, so these books are very precious and they treat them with care.
